Your agreement
These terms govern your use of asoplan.ai, operated by Applixus A.Ş., Turkey. You must have legal capacity and authority to act for your organization. Keep your account secure and provide accurate registration and billing information. Optional marketing consent is separate from this agreement.
Service and responsibility
asoplan.ai assists with app-store research, listing drafts and creative workflows. You remain responsible for app ownership, intellectual-property permissions, accurate claims and store-policy compliance. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect; review all drafts. No rankings, revenue, downloads or store approval are guaranteed. Publishing requires your explicit approval and authorized store access.
Plans and payment
Prices, currency, applicable taxes, renewal interval, included credits and any usage limits are presented before checkout. Paddle acts as reseller and merchant of record for supported purchases; its buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Subscriptions renew as disclosed at checkout until canceled. Cancel future renewals through billing or contact support. Credit grants and top-ups are subject to the disclosed plan; no undisclosed entitlement is promised.
Acceptable use and termination
Do not submit misleading listings, fake reviews, infringing material, unlawful data or malware. Do not bypass tenant boundaries, authorization or usage limits. Follow Apple App Store and Google Play rules and our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access for material violations or security risks and provide notice where reasonable. You may close your account through support, subject to legal retention duties.
Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular commercial outcome. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact [email protected] first for complaints. Turkish law applies only to the extent it does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts in their place of residence. Material changes require renewed acceptance.
