Merchant of record
Paddle is the reseller and merchant of record for supported purchases. The applicable Paddle buyer terms and mandatory consumer law govern payment receipts, taxes, refund processing and chargebacks. asoplan.ai does not promise a refund outcome that Paddle or applicable law does not support.
Canceling renewal
Cancel future subscription renewal through the billing portal or request assistance at [email protected]. Cancellation normally stops future renewals, not a completed charge; remaining access and credits follow the purchase terms shown at checkout. A cancellation request does not waive statutory rights.
Refund requests and consumer rights
Request a refund promptly through Paddle buyer support or [email protected] with your order reference; never send card details. Review depends on the purchase, usage, applicable Paddle terms and mandatory law. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule on digital services. Withdrawal rights and any lawful exception must be clearly disclosed and validly obtained at checkout. Defective or misdescribed services remain subject to mandatory remedies.
